Ingredients:
- 2 cup All purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Ghee
- 1 cup Methi
- Salt as per taste
- Lukewarm water as needed
- Oil to fry
Method:
- Mix all purpose flour,ghee,methi and salt rub it for 4-5 mts.
- After that use water to make smooth dough.
- Make small balls out of this dough .
- Flatten these small balls into diameter of 2 inch.
- Heat the oil on medium heat.
- Deep fry the mathris until they turn golden brown.
