Ingredients:
- 2 cup shredded Coconut
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
- Almonds for garnishing
Method:
- Heat a pan, add the coconut shreds and fry for 2-3 mts.
- Now in a separate bowl, boil water.
- When the water boils, add the sugar .
- Add the milk to the boiling sugar syrup.
- Boil sugar till it turns to a 2 thread syrup.
- Add the fried coconut shreds to it.
- Mix it well.
- Now add the ghee and cardamom powder.
- Spread it in a flat try, and cut into small square pieces
- Garnish with almonds.
