Ingredients:
Direction:
- 8 cups Milk
- 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
- sugar as per taste
- sliced Almonds and Pistachios
- Few strands of Saffron
- Few drops of Rose water
Direction:
- Boil milk in the heavy bottom pan till it reduces to just 3 cup.
- Add sugar, saffron and rose water, and boil it for 2 more minutes.
- Put some sliced almonds and pistachios.
- Freeze it in air tight container for 8-10 hours.
