Mango-Shrikhand


* Recipe for Aamr-Shrikhand ( Mango Shrikhand)*

Ingredients:

2 & 1/2 cup curd
1 mango large size
sugar as per taste
cardamom powder
sliced almond & pisctachioes
few saffron strands
1 tbsp rose water


Method:

  1. Pour the curd in a muslin cloth and tie it up. Hang the curd for 6-7 hours.
  2. Take out the curd in a bowl, add mango pulp, sugar, cardamom, rose water. 
  3. Mix them well with the curd.
  4. Put saffron strands and mix well.
  5. Granish with almond and pisctachioes.

Mango Shreekhand is ready. Serve Chilled !!
