* Recipe for Aamr-Shrikhand ( Mango Shrikhand)*
2 & 1/2 cup curd
1 mango large size
sugar as per taste
cardamom powder
sliced almond & pisctachioes
few saffron strands
1 tbsp rose water
Method:
- Pour the curd in a muslin cloth and tie it up. Hang the curd for 6-7 hours.
- Take out the curd in a bowl, add mango pulp, sugar, cardamom, rose water.
- Mix them well with the curd.
- Put saffron strands and mix well.
- Granish with almond and pisctachioes.
Mango Shreekhand is ready. Serve Chilled !!
