Crispy Rawa Dosa !!
Ingredients:
- Suji 1 cup
- Rice flour 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Ginger chopped 1 inch piece
- Green chillies 2
- coconut grated 2 tablespoon
- Cashew-nuts crushed
- Cilantro chopped
- Oil
- 1 Mix suji, rice flour,salt, ginger, green chillies, coconut, cashew-nuts and cilantro.
- 2 Take 2 cups of water and make a thin mixture.
- 3 Grease a non-stick tawa.
- 4 Evenly sprinkle a ladle full of batter on tawa.
- 5 Fry it from both sides.
- 6 Serve hot with Green chutney and Coconut chutney.
