eggless black forest chocolate cherry cake

Ingredients

  • 1&1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Coke
  • 1/2 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup butter

  • Preheat the oven for 2-3 minute before your batter is ready at 350 degree Fahrenheit.
  • Take a bowl beat butter and condensed milk with the help of blender at low speed,till its creamy.
  • In another bowl sift  flour, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa powder mix it.
  • Add vanilla extract in butter mixture and mix well.
  • Take small quantity of flour mixture, coke and mix it in butter mixture. 
  • Don't mix all the dry mixture in one go, it might cause lumps in the mixture.
  •  Pour the mixture in  8 inch  grease baking tray.
  •  Bake for 25-30 mts or until the toothpick test is pass
Note: Grease the baking tray with butter or oil.

Crispy Rawa Dosa

Crispy Rawa Dosa !!

Ingredients:
  1. Suji 1 cup
  2. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Ginger chopped 1 inch piece
  5. Green chillies 2
  6. coconut grated 2 tablespoon
  7. Cashew-nuts crushed
  8. Cilantro chopped
  9. Oil 
Method

  1. 1 Mix suji, rice flour,salt, ginger, green chillies, coconut, cashew-nuts and cilantro. 
  2. 2 Take 2 cups of water and make a thin mixture.
  3. 3 Grease a non-stick tawa.
  4. 4 Evenly sprinkle a ladle full of batter on tawa.
  5. 5 Fry it from both sides.
  6. 6 Serve hot with Green chutney and Coconut chutney.

Kesar Pista Badam Ice-Cream

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom powder
  • sugar as per taste
  • sliced Almonds and Pistachios
  • Few strands of Saffron
  • Few drops of Rose water

Direction:

  1. Boil milk in the heavy bottom pan till it reduces to just 3 cup.
  2. Add sugar, saffron and rose water, and boil it for 2 more minutes.
  3. Put some sliced almonds and pistachios.
  4. Freeze it in air tight container for 8-10 hours.

Enjoy hot summer with cool Mint Mango Masti !!



Ingredients:

  • 1 large mango
  • 2 tablespoons chopped mint
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom Powder
  • 2 cups curd
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed cloves
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • sugar as per taste

Directions:

1 Peel and cut the mango in small size and blend it.
2 After that add sugar,mint, cardamom, cloves, curd and honey again blend it.
3 Garnish with mint.

4 Serve Chilled !!

Mango-Shrikhand


* Recipe for Aamr-Shrikhand ( Mango Shrikhand)*

Ingredients:

2 & 1/2 cup curd
1 mango large size
sugar as per taste
cardamom powder
sliced almond & pisctachioes
few saffron strands
1 tbsp rose water


Method:

  1. Pour the curd in a muslin cloth and tie it up. Hang the curd for 6-7 hours.
  2. Take out the curd in a bowl, add mango pulp, sugar, cardamom, rose water. 
  3. Mix them well with the curd.
  4. Put saffron strands and mix well.
  5. Granish with almond and pisctachioes.

Mango Shreekhand is ready. Serve Chilled !!

Mexican Fried Rice


Ingredients:

1&1/2 cup Rice

1 medium size Red Capsicum

medium size Green Capsicum

1
 medium size  Yellow Capsicum

2 Carrot shredded

2 Tablespoon Ginger

1/2 Teaspoon Cumin seeds

2 Green Chilies chopped

3 Tablespoon Tomato Ketchup

3 Tablespoon Red chili sauce

2 Tablespoon oil

Salt adjust to taste



Direction:

  1. Boil rice.
  2. Take a heavy pan heat the oil.
  3. When oil is hot add cumin seeds.
  4. After that add ginger, green chilies for 2-3 minute.  
  5. Add carrot, all capsicum and salt.
  6. Fry for 4-5 minute.
  7. After that add both sauce and fry for 2-3 minute.
  8. Add boiled rice mix well.
Serve Hot!!

Ingredients:

  • 1&1/2 cup Sooji
  • 3 cup Hot Water
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 Green Chillies chopped
  • 2 Curry Leaves
  • 1/4 cup Peanuts
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Oil 


Method:


  1. Roast sooji till it gets light golden color.
  2.  Heat up oil in a pan, add peanuts and fry till it gets brown color. 
  3.  Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, Curry leaves, onions and cook for 10-12 mts.
  4.  Add green chillies, turmeric powder, sooji and hot water slowly.
  5.  Add some salt and cook for 5 mts.

Ingredients

  • 1&1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 can sweetened condense milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple 
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method:
  • Preheat the oven just for 2-3 minute before our batter is ready at 350 Fahrenheit.
  • Take flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
  • In center part of the mixture,add pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, butter, and condense milk
  • Grease the 8 inch baking tray with butter. 
  • Pour the mixture in greased tray.
  • Bake for about 25-30 mts.
  • To check whether the cake is baked properly, insert a toothpick in the center of cake and it should come out clean.

Gajar Pak !!


Recipe for Gajar Pak

Ingredients:
    Sweet Dish
  • Carrots - 4 cups
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 3 cups
  • 1&1/2 cup Mawa 
  • Cardamom Powder
  • Almonds and pistachios for garnishing
  • Ghee

Method:
  1. Grate carrots. Heat pan on medium and add 4 tsp ghee add carrots and fry for 5 mts.
  2. Add milk and sugar and cook for 15 mts.
  3. Add mawa and cook till all the moisture from mixture evaporates.
  4. Add cardamom powder, mix.
  5. Grease tray from ghee, pour carrot mixture in a tray, garnish with almond and pistachios.
